At Bike Fit Labs, we keep our cycling shoe sizing and selection process simple and effective. First and foremost — if the shoe fits, it’s the right one.
That’s exactly why we offer a dedicated shoe sizing service designed to help you find your perfect match.
Cycling Shoe Sizing
To start, we take detailed measurements of your feet, including length, width, and arch length. From there, we use that information to recommend the brand and model that best suits your foot shape and riding needs. Since every brand we stock is carefully selected, we’re confident we can find a great fit for a wide range of foot types.
Because the right shoe begins with the right fit, we always let your foot type lead the way. A solid foundation is essential for both comfort and performance — and we’re here to help you build it.
For that reason, we also include cleat fitting* and alignment in our service, along with footbed fitting** to provide extra support and stability.
Please note:
This service is focused purely on shoe sizing and fit. It does not include on-bike assessment or address broader cycling discomfort. If you’re experiencing pain or ongoing issues while riding, we recommend booking a full bike fit for a complete evaluation.
Even so, many riders do find that properly fitted shoes solve a surprising number of comfort issues — though we can’t guarantee that in every case.

Getting the right fit begins with precise foot measurements. We measure your foot length, width, and arch length to ensure your shoes match your anatomy perfectly.
Arch Support
Next, we assess your arch height and shape to determine the ideal level of support. With the right arch support in place, your foot stays stable and properly aligned throughout every ride.
Shoe Selection
Once we understand your foot structure, we help you choose cycling shoes that offer the support, power transfer, and long-lasting comfort you need to perform at your best.
Cleat Alignment
Finally, we position your cleats to align with your natural foot angle and pedal stroke. This boosts power transfer and reduces strain on your knees and hips.
