Precision bike fitting for total comfort, every ride
Every cyclist knows the feeling. You love your bike, but something doesn’t feel quite right. Maybe your knees ache after a climb. Your lower back tenses up on long rides. Your hands go numb, or your saddle leaves you shifting around. Sometimes it’s not pain at all — it’s that nagging sense you’re working harder than you should be.
At Bike Fit Labs, we take the mystery out of fit. No more shifting in the saddle, no more hot spots—just a ride that finally feels right.

When your position is wrong, nothing on the bike feels right
Sore knees, numb hands, a tight back, or constant shifting on the saddle aren’t small annoyances. They’re signs your bike fit isn’t right.
Ride through it, and the problem won’t fix itself. It saps your power, strains your muscles, and slowly takes the joy out of every ride.
The good news? You don’t have to put up with it.
You need a bike fit that matches your body, your riding style, and the way you ride. That’s how you get stable, supported, and pain-free miles every time you hit the road.
Signs your bike fit may not be right
If you feel cramped, stretched, or just off-balance, you’re not imagining it. Things to look out for when you ride:
• Knees feeling tight or sore
• Lower back discomfort
• Hands go numb or tingle on the hoods or drops
• Saddle pressure leaves you sore
• Feet tingle or feel hot in your shoes
• You slide forward or shift around to get comfy
Our Bike Fitting Process
Understanding that each rider is different, Bike Fit Labs designs a fitting process that works specifically for you. That’s why we take a personalised approach to bike fitting, going beyond motion capture algorithms and biomechanical angles to ensure we find your perfect fit.
Our process begins with a thorough physical assessment to understand your biomechanics. This provides the foundation for your fit, prioritizing comfort, efficiency, and performance.
Next, we adjust every contact point to perfection. This includes shoe sizing, cleat alignment, and bike adjustments. The result is a setup that maximizes power, minimizes discomfort, and helps you perform at your best.
While we use 60 FPS motion capture and saddle pressure mapping, technology is just part of the equation. Your feedback is essential because the best fit is the one that feels right for you, not just what the data says.
Physical Assessment
To create a fit that truly works for you, we first need to understand how your body moves. We start with a standing evaluation, looking at your posture, foot stability, spinal alignment, and any muscular imbalances or asymmetries.
From there, we move into a range of motion assessment, checking flexibility and function through your hamstrings, quads, glutes, and hips. We also assess your feet and check for any leg length differences—because every detail matters when it comes to comfort and performance on the bike.
Exploring your goals
We kick things off with a relaxed and friendly chat to set the tone for your session. Grab a coffee or drink while we get to know you and your riding journey.
We’ll talk through your goals, past injuries, current discomforts, and any physical limitations. This conversation helps us understand where you’re coming from, where you are now, and where you want to go—so we can tailor the fit to suit you perfectly.
Foot Assessment
One of the most overlooked parts of bike fitting is also the most important—the connection between your foot, shoe, and pedal. This is the foundation of your fit. If it’s off, so is your power and comfort.
That’s why we take the time to get it right. We’ll check your shoes for proper fit, assess cleat position, and dial in the arch support and wedging—both inside and outside the shoe if needed. Small changes here often lead to big improvements in how you ride..
Position Adjustment
With your feet properly supported, we shift our focus to fine-tuning your position on the bike. We start by adjusting saddle height and setback to balance power and comfort. Then, we refine your reach, handlebar drop, and overall cockpit setup.
Throughout the process, we assess key components like crank length, handlebar width, and saddle choice to ensure everything works in harmony with your body. Using video capture and saddle pressure mapping we get a full overview of your movement—front, back, and sides—so every adjustment is based on real insight, not guesswork.
